Requirements
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships with precision and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of project execution, from budgeting to punch list
Manage project budgets, schedules, and change orders
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
Ensure timely RFI and submittal processing
Maintain strong communication with clients and field teams
Qualifications:
7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent tools
Proven success delivering projects in the $1M–$15M range
