Requirements
Position Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Superintendent to support day-to-day site operations, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance. This role is ideal for a motivated field leader seeking to grow into a full Superintendent position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with on-site trade coordination and schedule tracking
Support jobsite documentation including daily logs and safety checks
Attend subcontractor meetings and assist in issue resolution
Enforce safety policies and site cleanliness
Qualifications:
2–4 years of construction field experience
Understanding of commercial construction processes
Ability to read plans and follow direction from the Superintendent
Strong work ethic and communication skills
